Thailand, Laos and Vietnam.

The Danish botanist Dr. Gunnar Seidenfaden named this fragrant orchid species in honour to the orchid collector Charles Samuel Pollock Parish. Flowers get a size of about 1 - 1,5 cm in diameter. Flowering period: March - May. Chiloschista parishii orchids are protected by CITES Appendix II (trade controlled to avoid use incompatible with species survival). The tropical orchid requires cool to warm temperatures and a moderate shady location.
