Paphiopedilum Hsinying Pitch is a terrestrial growing lady slipper orchid hybrid, a crossing between the hybrids Paphiopedilum Fever Pitch (seed parent) and Paphiopedilum Macabre (pollen parent).

Paphiopedilum Hsinying Pitch has been registered with the Royal Horticultural Society in the year 2006 by Ching Hua orchids, an orchid nursery from Hsin-Ying, Taiwan. Flowers get a size of about 12 cm. The lady slipper orchid hybrid requires an cool to intermediate, humid climate and moderately bright light to partial shade. The potting media should never dry out completely, but shouldn`t be soggy to avoid root rot. Like most orchid hybrids, Paphiopedilum Hsinying Pitch is considered as an easy to grow plant.
