Passionflower Passiflora Blue Eyed Susan

Passiflora Blue Eyed Susan is a perennial passionflower vine hybrid, a crossing from Passiflora edulis, Passiflora incarnata and Passiflora cincinnata.


The hybrid has been developed by Dr. Roland Fischer and Carolee Anita Boyles. Passiflora Blue Eyed Susan flowers are highly fragrant, vary in colors from magenta, blue-violet, lavender to purple and get a size of about 10 cm in diameter. Flowering period: all around the year. The vigorous, passionflower vine hybrid can reach length up to 9 meters, but is also suitable to be cultivated indoors. Passiflora Blue Eyed Susan is partly hardy and tolerates freezing temperatures until about - 4° C. Like all passionflower vines,
Passiflora Blue Eyed Susan needs a lot of sun.
