Rhyncholaeliocattleya Memoria Tiang (formerly Brassolaeliocattleya Memoria Tiang) is an epiphytic growing orchid hybrid, a crossing between the hybrids Rhyncholaeliocattleya Ewart McDonald (formerly Brassolaeliocattleya Ewart McDonald) (seed parent) and Cattleya Michael Collins (pollen parent). Rhyncholaeliocattleya Memoria Tiang has been developed by Saeng Thong and registered with the Royal Horticultural society in 1988 by T.Orchids, an orchid nursery in Nonthaburi, Thailand. The fragrant, large flowers get a size up to about 14 cm in diameter. Flowering period: free blooming.

The impressive Thai orchid hybrid requires intermediate – warm temperatures and bright light. The potting medium should dry out between waterings. Rhyncholaeliocattleya abbreviated Rlc. in horticultural trade is the nothogenus for intergeneric hyrids from Rhyncholaelia and Cattleya. Brassolaeliocattleya, abbreviated Blc. in horticultural trade is the nothogenus cross breadings between the orchid species Brassavola, Cattleya and Laelia.
