Vanda parviflora Lindl. 1844 is an epiphytic growing miniature orchid species, found in Thailand and Myanmar (formerly Burma).

Inflorescenses reach a length up to about 20 cm and carry up to 20 flowers. The fragrant, yellow flowers get a size of about 2 - 2,5 cm in diameter. Flowering period: April - June. Vanda parviflora orchids are protected by CITES Appendix II (trade controlled to avoid use incompatible with species survival). The tropical miniature orchid requires warm – hot temperatures, a high humidity with a good air flow and is best cultivated in partial shade with bright light.
