Chiloschista Orchids

The orchid genus Chiloschista, often misspelled as Chilochista, is a small Orchidaceae genus with just about 20 species, native to India, Southeast Asia and Australia. The epiphytic growing Chiloschista orchids are mostly leafless. The Chiloschista genus has been established by Sir John Lindley in the year 1832. The abbreviation in horticultural trade is: Chsch.
