The small flowered Coelogyne tenasserimensis Seidenf. is an epiphytic growing orchid
native to Thailand and Burma (Myanmar).
The beautiful yellow flowers with its outstanding lip
gets a size of just 1,5 – 2 cm.

We´ve been wondering, that this orchid beauty seems to be quite unknown
and there is not much information around.
Fortunatly we could identify the plant with the help
of an orchid book, called “The wild orchids of Thailand”
