It´s no wonder, that the Gastrochilus bellinus (Rchb.f.) Kze. 1891 orchid is in common parlance called The Cute Gastrochilus.
The really cute, waxy flowers of this outstandigung small orchid reaches a size of about 3,5 cm and have a nice fragrance.
Gastrochilus bellinus (Rchb.f.) Kze. 1891 orchids are endemic to Burma (Myanmar) Thailand, Laos and South China and grow in forests at elevations
of 600 – 1700 meters.
Flowering Period: January – March
