The highly fragrant Dendrobium lituiflorum Lindl. 1856 is an epiphytic growing orchid,
native to Thailand, Thailand, Laos, Burma (Myanmar), Vietnam, India (Assam),
Bangladesh and the Himalayas.
The beautiful purple flowers lasts to about 2 weeks and gets a size of about 5 cm.
In Thailand the Dendrobium lituiflorum orchid is called, Ueang Khrang Sai Yao
or Ueang sai muang.
