Rhyncholaeliocattleya (RLC) Ploenpit Golden Delight (synonym: Brassolaeliocattleya (Blc.) Ploenpit Golden Delight) is an epiphytic growing orchid hybrid, a crossing between RLC Chaweewan Greengold (seed parent) and RLC Siam Gold (pollen parent).

The Thai orchid hybrid Rhyncholaeliocattleya (Rlc.) Ploenpit Golden Delight has been developed by M.Srisook and registered with the Royal Horticultural Society in the year 1998 by B.Pumploenpit. The beautiful, golden-yellow, in the center red edged flowers get a size of about 15-20 cm in diameter. The Thai orchid hybrid requires intermediate – warm temperatures and bright light. The potting medium should dry out between waterings. Rhyncholaeliocattleya, abbreviated Rlc. in horticultural trade, is the nothogenus (hybrid genus) for intergeneric crossings between Rhyncholaelia and Cattleya species orchids.
