Ornithochilus difformis (Wall. ex Lindl.) Schltr. 1919
is an epiphytic growing miniature orchid species, endemic to the Himalayas,
South China, Burma (Myanmar), Thailand, Laos and Malaysia.
In Thailand this miniature orchid beauty is called Soi Thong,
which means gold chain.
Flowers get a size of about 1 cm.
Flowering period: July – August
